A More Excellent Way Health Improvement Organization (MEW) is supporting the health of new families through our Community Baby Shower Program. We are inviting pregnant and early postpartum families to register and attend

A More Excellent Way Health Organization and community partners are inviting African American pregnant & breastfeeding women and new fathers to the Virtual and Drive-Thru “More Excellent Way Community Baby Shower” on SUNDAY, AUGUST 24th from 10 – 2 pm The Zoom celebration is from 10:00 a.m. to 12 p.m. followed by the Drive Thru Health Fair at El Sobrante Appian Way Seventh Adventist Church, 980 Appian Way, El Sobrante, CA during National Black Breastfeeding Week. It’s a huge celebration of life!

This event is free of charge and will include Zoom health and education workshops conducted by doctors, nurses, lactation specialists and mental health specialists. This virtual shower will include fun, culturally tailored games where families can win car seats, strollers, bassinets and more!
