Objectives:

1. Understand the multifaceted nature of breastfeeding grief, including its emotional, psychological, and social dimensions, to better support individuals experiencing this form of loss.
2. Identify common triggers and manifestations of breastfeeding grief, allowing participants to recognize and empathize with those undergoing this often misunderstood experience.
3. Develop effective communication strategies and supportive interventions to assist individuals navigating breastfeeding grief, fostering a more compassionate and inclusive approach within professional and personal contexts.
