Hone your skills and knowledge as you prepare to certify or recertify as an IBCLC. Join like-minded peers in a fast-moving program with two IBCLC instructors who have been in the profession since its first years. Both have certified and recertified 8 times, including the new recertification process.

The first two days will be a quick review of the key education requirements from the IBLCE Detailed Content Outline to help prepare you to ace your exams (whether it be for the initial IBLCE exam or the Self-Assessment exam) Intertwined with these established facts will be new and exciting research findings or just things we find intriguing.

The last day covers test-taking strategies for both the initial exam and preparing for Self-assessment. There is proctoring of mock IBLCE exams with both picture and multiple-choice sections. Some questions match the increased difficulty of the Self- Assessment exam and will more than prepare you for the initial IBLCE exam.

This course is designed for you if you meet ONE or more of the following criteria:

• Have attended a comprehensive 3 to 6 day program in breastfeeding education
• Have strong clinical skills in assisting breastfeeding families
• Have met the IBLCE exam eligibility requirements
