Empower & Nourish: Breastfeeding Education, Healing and Self-Care for the Black Community, Saturday, August 31, 10 am – 2 pm. This free event is open to all Black pregnant and lactating parents (pre-crawling babies are welcome too). Re-root yourself in nourishment, self-care, and healing. Bring your lactation questions and learn more about local support resources. The in-person event will include general lactation education, wellness, food, prizes, and representatives from community health providers.
