Interested in donating milk? Get pre-screened! By donating your lifesaving breast milk, you provide essential nutrition for fragile and premature infants. For babies whose mothers cannot produce enough or are unable to breastfeed, donor milk is a meaningful option that supports healthy growth and gives every baby the best possible start in life. Together, we can make a profound difference.

At Mothers’ Milk Bank California, there are no costs for you as a donor. We cover everything — from your health screening to storage and shipping. Our intake process ensures every milk donor meets safety standards so your gift can nourish premature, critically ill, or at-risk babies.

To make drop off easier, call (877) 375-6645 for a short 5 min health screening. If you would like to mail your frozen milk, the Milk Bank provides pre-paid shipping coolers directly to your home.
