The quarterly coalition meetings provide a space for us to strengthen communication and connections amongst local county coalitions. Expanding on our shared vision of protecting and promoting breast/chestfeeding across the state allows us to collectively build capacity around issues impacting lactation support in our communities by addressing needs, sharing resources and updates, networking, uplifting and highlighting successes. This quarter’s meeting, however, is also your opportunity to get to know Jasmine Pettis Marquez, who stepped into the role of CBC executive director on July 1.

Register today and come ready to share your successes, wins, and lessons learned from your National Breastfeeding Month activities. We’ll also be asking you how the CBC can partner with you and support the work you’re doing in your community, so we can further expand the impact of the work we do throughout the state. Due to the interactive nature of the quarterly coalitions meeting, we recommend accessing the meeting from a computer for the best experience. Expect facilitated discussion using breakout rooms, polls, and Zoom’s whiteboard feature.
