The County of Santa Clara Public Health Department in partnership with Santa Clara Family Health Plan and FIRST 5 Santa Clara County is hosting a Teen Parent Resource Fair on December 18th, from 12-2pm. This in-person outdoor resource fair is for any expecting and parenting teens (13-19 years). All attending teens will receive health and wellness information through fun activities for their babies and themselves, along with free useful items.
