Through the generous support of First 5 Alameda County, The B.L.A.C.K. Course is facilitating its 45 hours Certified Blactation Educator/Accomplice training, June 21-27, 2023. This cohort is exclusive to Alameda County residents and those who work with families who reside in Alameda County and have children 0-5 years old.

The B.L.A.C.K. Course 45 hours training provides students with foundational lactation training from the Black perspective. This training is taught, written, and owned by 4 Black IBCLCs who, collectively, have over 50 years of lactation support experience.

First 5 Alameda County is providing CEUs to those who request them.
