Topic: California vs Federal Lactation Accommodation: A practical guide for employees and employers

Objectives:

1. Identify at least 2 key differences between California state & federal lactation accommodation laws.
2. Name resources that clients, patients, & employees can use to file a complaint if they feel their employer is violating their lactation accommodation rights.
3. Explain to clients, patients, & employees how to discuss their lactation accommodation rights with their supervisor, HR, or employer.
